Storage Tanks
Tanks are the mainstay of our business. We routinely build API 650, API 620, and AWWA tanks for the Oil and Chemical, Pulp and Paper, and Power and Utilities Industries. In addition, we perform tank repairs in accordance with API 653.
Bins
We perform the structural design to industry standards, fabricate, and construct single and multiple discharge bins for the Pulp & Paper and Bulk Materials Handling Industries.
Silo Construction
The majority of bins and silos we construct have single discharge base cones.
Lime Storage Silos
Erected Steel Products designed, supplied, fabricated, and constructed 13 lime storage silos at the facility shown to the right. This project underwent numerous design changes, yet was completed ahead of schedule.
Pressure Vessels
We can offer a variety of design, fabrication, and construction services for ASME Code Stamped vessels; from complete vessels to plate repairs on existing vessels.
Digesters
Shown to the right is a 100-ton lift of a 19-foot-diameter digester. Erected Steel Products removed and replaced four digesters during a 10-day shutdown. The above work was performed for the Pulp and Paper Industry. Erected Steel Products prides itself on its history of on-time performance for this and similar repair and shutdown projects.
